We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders $74.99 and over to the 48 contiguous United States!
- Most orders ship within 2 business days.
- Ships via UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, UPS SurePost, USPS Ground Advantage, or USPS Priority Mail.
- Transit time is typically 2–6 business days, depending on your distance from our Cleveland, OH warehouse.
- During peak seasons, carriers may experience delays — order early to avoid disappointment!
- Large or bulk orders that we determine fall outside normal consumer purchasing quantities may not qualify for free shipping and may require additional shipping charges.
🏠 Domestic UPS Shipping
- Most orders ship within 2 business days.
- Physical addresses only — UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
- We reserve the right to adjust the shipping method to ensure successful delivery.
- Packing slips do not include pricing (perfect for gifts).
- Transit time estimates are shown at checkout, but delays can occur. No refunds for carrier delays.
🦵 Special Note: Our full-size leg lamps ship in two separate boxes — one for the lamp base and one for the lampshade. These may arrive on different days. Don't worry — your Major Award is on the way!

We ship to military addresses via USPS. Please allow additional time — some packages may take 4+ weeks to arrive, especially for overseas destinations.
