💌 How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at support@redriderleglamps.com with your order number and let us know whether you'd like a return or an exchange. We'll send instructions promptly.


🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size (shirt, bunny suit, you name it)? No problem. Here's how it works:

  • Ship the item back to us at your expense.
  • Once we receive it, we'll send the replacement to you at our expense.

📦 What items are returnable?

We accept returns within the following timeframes:

  • Holiday Purchases: Orders placed November 1st onward can be returned through January 30th.
  • All Other Purchases: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • Unwashed and unworn (for clothing and wearables)
  • In the original packaging

🚫 Wood Crates are not eligible for return. Due to their size, weight, and the nature of the product, wood crates almost never arrive back to us in resellable condition — and the larger crates especially are expensive enough that we can't absorb that risk. We appreciate your understanding.

💡 Leg Lamp tip: We recommend using FedEx or UPS for returns — USPS tends to be significantly more expensive for large packages.


💵 Return Shipping & Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable service regardless of carrier.
  • If your order included free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
  • Promotional or free items must be returned to receive a full refund. If a promotional item is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund amount.

💳 When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, provided items are in original, unused condition.

🧾 BOGO & Multi-Buy Promotions: If your return involves a buy-one-get-one or multi-buy promotion, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the promotional discount that applied to the items you're keeping.

🛑 Returned items that arrive used or damaged may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. If the item is in a condition we can't resell, the return may be rejected entirely. If that happens, we'll reach out to you directly.
