Please plan to arrive at the House from A Christmas Story at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. 🎄
⏳ Late arrivals may not be admitted once a tour has begun. But don’t worry—we’ve got options! If you’re running behind, swing by our gift shop, and we’ll do our best to fit you into the next available tour, based on availability.
❄️ Cancellation & Refund Policy
We get it—plans change! Here’s how our refunds work:
✅ Full Refund:
Cancel at least 3 weeks before your reservation date and you’ll receive a 100% refund (minus the service fee).
⏳ Partial Refund:
Cancel within 3 weeks of your scheduled visit or after your reservation time, and you’ll receive a 50% refund.
🚫 No Refunds:
Requests made more than 30 days after your reservation date are not eligible for a refund.
📌 Please note: Service fees are non-refundable.
