Schwartz’s House – Dept 56 A Christmas Story Village Lighted Building

Schwartz's House is an officially licensed Department 56 A Christmas Story Village lighted building for collectors and fans of the film, perfect for growing your village neighborhood or giving a cherished holiday gift.

Every neighborhood has the house where your best friend lives, and in A Christmas Story, that's Schwartz's. Department 56 brings the modest two-story duplex to life in hand-painted detail, with a snow-dusted roof, wreaths on the porch, Christmas lights along the eaves, and warm light glowing from the upstairs windows. Fans will remember it as the house on the other end of one very famous phone call from Mrs. Parker. Set it beside Ralphie's House and the whole block starts to feel like home.
