How do I return/exchange an item?
- Enter the necessary information in the about boxes and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return/exchange request is approved.
What items are returnable?
*EXTENDED RETURNS* For the holiday season until January 31st.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Are there any charges for return?
- Any promotional items, including any free of charge items, must be returned for the order to be considered "returned in full." If not the item will be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
- For orders where customers have opted for FREE SHIPPING and a refund is requested, a Shipping Fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received it is inspected.
- If item/s are returned in new and unused condition, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3 business days.
- Please note...For any items that were part of a multi-buy promotion such as Buy One Get One Half Price or something similiar, the refund value of returned products will be calculated based on the promotional savings of any items not returned, and therefore may not equate to the full value of the item(s) specifically being returned.
