At A Christmas Story House, Satisfaction Guaranteed means Satisfaction Guaranteed. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you need to make a return please read and follow our return policy for the corresponding item.
Full Size Leg Lamps:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your full size Leg Lamp, simply
contact us via email with in 30 days of receipt and request free return-shipping
labels. Once we receive your returned order we will apply a credit to your
account for the amount of the original order, less the original shipping cost.
Items must be returned in original condition. If for some reason you receive
a damaged or defective Leg Lamp, we will send you a replacement right away.
To return lamps simply pack them to their original packaging, include a copy
of the return form, and attach the return labels to the outside of the boxes
and drop them off at the nearest FedEx-Kinko's. Wooden crates
are not eligible for free return labels and are not refundable once shipped.
All Other Items:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchase from our website,
simply return them to their original packaging and mail the items back to us
at the address provided below with a copy of the return form. Once we receive
your returned order we will apply a credit to your account for the amount of
the original order, less the original shipping cost. If for some reason you
receive a damaged or defective product, we will send you a replacement right
away. Items must be returned in original condition. If you have any questions
regarding our return policy please do not hesitate to

us.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items such as DVD and CD
can not be returned once opened. Clothing and costumes can not be returned
once worn or washed. Wooden crates can not be returned or exchanged and
are non-refundable once shipped. Candy is non-returnable (even if unopened)
due to the fact it is a food item. If candy arrived damaged please contact
us for a replacement (only
if priority shipping was selected.)
Damaged Items:
Please inspect all packages as soon as they are delivered. Damage/Loss must be reported to us within 10 days of the receipt of your package. Even if you are giving item as a gift, we kindly ask you to inspect all packages before giving them away. Please do not return damaged merchandise with out first notifying us. We will send out a replacement, file a claim with FedEx/USPS, and send out a return label for the damaged merchandise. Damage applies to the product itself, not box damage (bent corners, tears, shipping labels/writing, shipping wear and tear, etc). We will not replace items with damage to the shipping or retail boxes.

All returns and/or exchanges must include a completed Return Form. Failure to include the Return Form, or not filling it out correctly, may result in signifigant delays in processing your refund. If you are needing to return products in multiple boxes, please include a Return Form in each package.
Exchanges:

Most items do not qualify for an even exchange. You will need to return the
unwanted item (following the above instructions based on the item, within 30
days), and then purchase the wanted item in a new separate transaction. We
do offer exchanges for t-shirts if you want the same style, just a different
size. If you need to exchange a t-shirt please follow the standard return instructions,
but note on your return form the new size you wish to be sent out. Please note
that 2XL and 3XL shirts are $2 more and we will charge your card for the difference
in price if the new shirt costs more.
